A great rivalry for sure. These programs may respect one another but the fans do not.

US News and World Report ranks University of Michigan the 4th best public university in the country. Ohio State is ranked 19th.
My VotesNow this is a non-biased report. Even Penn State and University of Florida beat Ohio State. Ouch. -

57-42-6
My VotesNumbers don't lie. Sure Tressel is 7-1, but Cooper let Michigan go 10-2-1 right before that. The whole country can see the tide is about to turn on Tressel. (Predicting this year to begin the swing back to Michigan dominance) -
6.
Upper Peninsula vs. Toledo
My VotesIn the Ohio-Michigan War, Ohio claimed TOLEDO and Michigan got the Upper Peninsula...NO CONTEST THERE!! -
7.
Ross School of Business--Michigan's Business School
My VotesOne of the best business schools in the country -
8.
A Wolverine versus a Buckeye
My VotesWho are you going to put your money on? Best I can tell, a buckeye is the nut for a buckeye tree--the official tree of Ohio. That may be the worst mascot in all of college sports. -
9.
North => above => better. It stands to reason

10.
Most Recent Rose Bowl Appearance--Michigan 2007; Ohio State 1997

Rose Bowl Appearances--Michigan has 20 and Ohio State has 13
My VotesMichigan has won 8 Rose Bowls and Ohio State has won only 6 -

The Weather---Okay, it is terrible in both places
My VotesThe weather in both Michigan and Ohio is ridiculous. It is hard to understand why people elect to live in either place voluntarily. The winters are brutal and the summers are not much better. -
13.
Ann Arbor versus Columbus
My VotesNot even close. One is a hip college town, the other is a town whose best years happened a half century ago.
