Fun things to do while camping at Ohanapecosh campground at Mt. Rainier.

Ohanapecosh is a great campground. Can get crowded but there is good reason for it. Here is a list of fun activities to do while camping there.

1.	Hike the Silver Falls trail Added by: bill It is a nice three mile hike (r/t from the campground). A little up/down but an easy hike. Most of the trail is in the shade so not to bad even when it is hot. Add Comment \| Flag This \| Duplicate Item?	Vote	(2 Votes)

2.	Swimming in the Ohanapecosh River. Added by: bill Bring bathing suits to cool off. The current can be swift so be smart. Suggest you avoid swimming just above the natural dams. Add Comment \| Flag This \| Duplicate Item?	Vote	(2 Votes)

4.	Grove of the Patriarchs Added by: bill I've not been to the Grove of the Patriarchs since before the large Nov 2006 storms. I assume it has changed but bet it is still worth the short hike.
